Real Estate is not a new venture for Laddie. He has decades of successful experience buying, selling and flipping personal and investment Real Estate. His experience includes substantial renovation projects in single-family homes, multi-family properties, and recreational real estate, as well as managing short-term and long-term rentals. Over the last 20 years, he has worked with professionals and other real estate agents to help people acquire a home. Through his many projects, he has gained the reputation of being somewhat of an expert. Professionals from many industries have consulted with him and asked for his opinions in various renovation and real estate situations. This made becoming an agent seem like a natural next step for him. This vast hands-on experience gives him an advantage for clients in the highly competitive Real Estate market in Saskatoon, Blackstrap, Warman, Martensville and the surrounding lake land and acreages.
