Ryan Johnstone, the owner and operator of Homemetrics Inspection Services, brings decades of his extensive construction background to every inspection.  As a journeyman carpenter, who has served as construction manager for a non-profit home builder, site superintendent, subcontractor and business owner).  He has overseen many projects from foundation to finish.  This hands-on experience gives him an understanding of building science and construction practices to give his clients a reliable, unbiased inspection.
