The JOB Heating & Air Conditioning team is well known for the air conditioning, furnace, and plumbing work they do for both residential and commercial customers. Jeff Bolton, worked up from employee to partner and he is now the trusted face of the company which currently has six employees. Jeff has been in the HVAC and Plumbing industry since 1989. With this many years of plumbing and heating expertise under his belt, he has a clear vision and commitment to always putting the customer and his community first. Spending many years as a volunteer, serving the community's greatest needs has given Jeff the right balance of drive and determination to always do the right thing. He has a really big heart and is dedicated to always putting the customer's needs first, he prides himself on JOB’s record of integrity, honesty, and service, and he takes being trusted very seriously.
As Jeff would say…”I do what I say, and say what I do!”“One of Jeff’s biggest challenges over the years has been competing with kijiji’s plumbers and other HVAC companies that don’t abide by reasonable industry standards or even properly insure or register their businesses. Companies that are often run by folks that over promise and under deliver, they often undercut on price to get the job and end up not delivering on the service. Many try to make it up by high pressure sales on work or products the customer may not need. This is the total opposite of how Jeff and his team operates and as someone who was ripped off by an unscrupulous company myself I am wary. I am happy to say that I have used JOB personally several times over the last 10 years and the experience is always stellar."

The JOB Heating & Air team also prides itself on being recognized as a leader in water heating system technology for new in-floor and boiler installations in Saskatoon. Jeff is passionate about what he does and his enthusiasm is infectious. What you see truly is what you get with Jeff, he is authentic and cares deeply about always leaving a good impression with clients and it is obvious that he values and supports his team, that’s why he wanted to create a business where people love to work!
When asked about what drives Jeff, he explains his mantra around the shop is.
“We do every job as if it was our own mother’s house. We treat each other (my coworkers) with respect and dignity and that just becomes the way that we treat everyone, especially our customers.”
