TRX RV Trusted Saskatoon RV dealer recieves praise about their outstanding customer service

posted by Trusted Saskatoon    |   April 29, 2013 09:00

The Trusted directories were set up based upon the principals of good business, and the foundation of good business is integrity. Simply put, if you don't care about your customers needs as a business then you will never be trusted.

When Sara the Trusted founder came up with the ' Trusted directories concept '  she wanted to have clear, simple guildlines or ' guarantees' laid out for all to see , and she knew it was important for the Trusted partners to sign contracts to uphold those guarantees (and for the partners to be held to them by Trusted).

The Trusted Guarantees

1.Provide the service and quality promised.

2.Complete the job on time.

3.Charge the price quoted with NO surprises.

4.Communicate honestly and be responsive to customer needs.

5.Resolve any issues with customer satisfaction in mind.

All 5 of these guarantees are important ..but the one that can raise a business from average to exceptional is number 5 ...you see it's easy to do business when everything go's to plan ..it's when something go's wrong that a business can truly shine ( or not)...who they deal with upset or angry customers shows how much they are invested in providing the best customer service...especially if the problem was not caused by anything they did!

We received the following un solicited comment through the the Saskatoon directory recently, from a customer of TRX RV a Trusted Saskatoon RV dealer  and it really proves their worthiness as a Trusted saskatoon business, and we wanted to share it with you!

" We purchased a trailer in 2011 from TRX and while we liked it we found it did not fit our needs. We went back to TRX in 2012 (after researching a multitude of trailers and dealers) and decided to go with a larger version of the same trailer. To our dismay this particular trailer seemed to be plagued with a multitude of major issues, which in spite of the best efforts of the TRX team, were not resolved. We dealt with Tom regarding our frustrations and were pleased with the approach he took with us, and on our behalf, with the manufacturer. While the manufacturer didn’t offer TRX the help or resolution they needed Tom resolved our problems with a satisfactory and equitable solution. Throughout this process, TRX (Tom and his staff) went above and beyond to help us out. We would like to thank the TRX team for their excellent customer service and highly recommend TRX. "

Kudos to the TRX RV Team for the way they handled this issue and thumbs up from the Trusted team!

TRX RV a Trusted Saskatoon RV Dealer shares a Tip on Airstream Rvs

posted by Trusted Saskatoon    |   August 24, 2012 16:18

TRX-RV is Saskatoon's premier RV dealer and there really is no need to go anywhere else..Go and check them out at their NEW LOCATION on THE CORNER OF MARQUIS DRIVE AND THATCHER AVENUE just north of Costco

In this Trusted RV Tip they share the fascinating story of the history of  Airstream RV's and why they are such a GREAT RV

ONE DOLLAR Each

In 1929, Wally Byam purchased a Model T Ford chassis, built a platform on it, towed it with his car to a campsite, and painstakingly erected a tent on it. The effort was tiresome and unpleasant, especially when it rained. Spurred on by his first wife Marion, Wally built a tear-drop-shaped permanent shelter on the platform that enclosed a small ice chest and kerosene stove. He then published an article that ran under the headline, "How to Build a Trailer for One Hundred Dollars." Readers wrote Wally for more detailed instruction plans, which he sold at a cost of one dollar each. The response was extraordinary, earning him more than $15,000. After building several trailers for friends in his backyard, "the neighbors started complaining that I was making too much noise," Wally observed, "so I went out and rented a building." Airstream Trailer Company went into full production in 1932, when fewer than 48 trailer manufacturers were registered for business. Five years later, nearly 400 companies squared off against each other. Today, of those 400, only Airstream remains.

Why the name Airstream?

The Wind Deflects Off Its Shape Lightweight. Streamlined. Fuel efficient. There's nothing better than traveling with your Airstream on a blustery day and smiling inside – because you know the wind will flow around its aerodynamic shape.

It Sticks to the Road like Glue

Aluminum skins and frames give Airstream its rigidity and durability. A rubber torsion axle and wheels with under mounted holding tanks create a low center of gravity. Plus, its aerodynamic design offers up to 20% more towing efficiency than standard box trailers.

Silver has always been green!

Airstreams are handcrafted by Americans to be handed down, not dumped in a landfill. In fact, nearly 70% of all Airstreams ever built are still on the road, meaning impressive resale value for you. Its exceptional rigidity and low, rounded shape creates increased towing efficiency, stability and driving safety, too.

Airstream Performance

How does an Airstream handle on the test track?

TRX RV our RV Dealer Expert in saskatoon offers some Trusted Tips from their NEW LOCATION !!!

TRX-RV is Saskatoon's premier RV dealer and there really is no need to go anywhere else..Go and check them out at their NEW LOCATION on THE CORNER OF MARQUIS DRIVE AND THATCHER AVENUE just north of Costco

CAUTION TO RV BUYERS! TOM’S TIPS

Think about this! TRX RV is the exclusive (and only) dealer for Saskatoon and surrounding area for every one of the popular products found at our store. Please, do not be misled by any one into believing they can also supply some of the RVs that TRX carries. An RV dealer who is not an authorized supplier must purchase his stock from some other retail dealer. When you pay for one of these coaches, you become the 2nd owner. Consequently your coach won’t have the factory warranty that is normally honoured by any dealer in your manufacturer’s North American dealer network. Also, these coaches ARE NOT CSA certified. Doesn’t matter what they tell you – they’re NOT. Will this matter to you? It could… if you sell your coach and the subsequent owner has a tragic accident… such as a family member succumbing to carbon monoxide since the safety package does not conform to CSA (Canadian Standards). So, how do you know…? MAJOR CLUE – Be wary of a seller that: - stocks none of, or only a few of, the units of any given line - is not a member in good standing of the Saskatchewan RV Dealers Association - does not appear on the ‘Find A Dealer’ feature of a manufacturer’s website - has no brochures, or only one, or say they’re low on brochures, of a line they talk about - contends they represent a line but, you can’t substantiate this claim with a simple call to the factory yourself. My door is always open to discuss this or any other issue/ concerns .

Now, we’ve been RVDA members since our inception (I am the Sask rep. on RVDA Canada’s N’tnl HR / Training committee). We are the factory authorized sales/service location for the products we carry, and our factory-trained staff work hard to enhance your RV ownership experience.

Thanks for your attention....and please do come along and see us at our new location
