Aubrey Reban and his wife Elise, along with their 4 children, run a 200-head cattle operation just outside Saskatoon near Petrofka Bridge. They also run a grain farm operation and use homegrown grasses, forages and grains to feed and finish their animals.
Aubrey has spent years perfecting the feed rations to bring the perfect balance of leanness and marbling. Animals are butchered at the prime age of 20-22 months and dry-aged for 14 days or longer.
